Call For Art hang fees for each piece of art accepted will apply.
Accepted artists will receive VIP entry, plus one guest entry, into the CounterPop Art Opening & Drag Show on July 25, 2026 from 7-10PM CST. Tickets go on sale May 23, 2026, details to come.
No fee to submit for acceptance review for current / future calls for art. Submissions are open to artists aged 18 and up. Submissions are taken online.
Artists may submit - by the exhibition deadline date - up to three hanging artworks to be considered for gallery wall space per CFA. Hang Fee applies.
Calls are also open for 3D tabletop artwork / fine art print submissions. Include descriptions and photos of 3D tabletop artwork / fine art prints for consideration.
Tabletop fee applies.
Hang fee applies per piece for each artwork accepted to hang.
Tabletop fee applies for table space used for any 2D / 3D art / fine art prints / artist merchandise accepted for display.

$20 for artwork over 18” up to 26”
$30 for artwork over 26” up to 36”
$40 for artwork over 36” up to 42”

Say Art Studios & Galleries will represent and ring sales for all participating artists unless noted otherwise in the exhibition’s CFA. This representation includes showing / selling the artwork during the duration of the CFA exhibition. Accepted artists allow the use of their artwork images for promotion on Say Art Studios social media platforms and website.
Accepted Artist decides price of artwork. Buying client pays Pacific Missouri sales tax charged in addition to artist’s chosen price at time of purchase.
Say Art Studios & Galleries The Gallery At 119 will collect a 30% commission on all artwork sales. This 30% is to be taken from the artist’s chosen sale price of artwork. Artists are paid for sales within 30 days of the CFA exhibition's closing date.
Only original artworks will be chosen for gallery space.
2D artworks from all disciplines of studio art will be considered including paintings, illustration, printmaking, papermaking, digital art and photography. Artworks for gallery wall space should be specifically and safely wired for hanging. Tabletop easels may be used for small sized artworks.
3D Sculptures must be either displayable on a supplied tabletop, pedestal supplied by artist, or equipped with a wall-hanging mechanism.
Installation artists may propose work for any call for art. Pricing to install is based on space needed. Include in details set-up time needed.
Art lovers and collectors may submit original artworks from private collections for showing or sale.

Video artists are invited to submit short films for gallery screen / media lounge viewing. Videos will run during the opening and closing events of the CFA exhibition. $15 per video accepted.
AI-generated art is not accepted.
All hanging artwork must be properly wired for hanging.
NO cardboard backing attached to saw tooth hangers will be allowed.
Artwork should be ready to hang / framed by CFA submission deadline date.
Art Drop is by appointment and begins the week following the CFA deadline date.
Hang Fees / Tabletop Fees are given after the art is measured by SAS.
Fees are due at the time of Art Drop. Payments can be made in cash, credit card or by check - attention - checks are made payable to “Bake the Studio, LLC”.
Important: each artwork must have a tag on the back with the artist’s name, title of the work, and contact information (phone number is preferred).

Post-show, NFS / unsold artwork pick-up should be arranged by the Artist with Say Art Studios & Galleries within 10 days of the closing show date. Artwork left without attempts made to pick-up by the artist will be donated.
